The Penelope’s Originals bouquet takes us right back to the very start when Penelope’s Flowers was run from a small garage at the side of our house. We worked around school hours, hand tying bouquets between drop offs and pick-ups, while neighbours quietly wondered why so many people kept turning up and leaving with beautiful flowers.

How We Operate

We source flowers directly from farms, not auctions, giving us full control from cutting to delivery. Every stem is quality-checked at the farm, again on arrival, and conditioned through our own multi-stage process before being dispatched.

We work at volume, specialise in a defined range of premium stems, and never hold ageing stock. To maintain consistency, we retain stems from each batch in controlled conditions so we can accurately monitor performance over time.

This approach allows us to deliver consistent quality, freshness, and flowers that perform exactly as they should.
