Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

If a product arrives clearly defective, not as described, or not delivered in accordance with a guaranteed delivery service, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and supported by clear photographic evidence taken immediately upon receipt.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following circumstances:

The recipient was unavailable and delivery was completed according to courier procedures (including safe place delivery).

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided at checkout.

The product was not cared for appropriately after delivery, including failure to follow basic flower care guidelines.

Claims made outside the 24-hour reporting window.

Minor variations in colour, bloom size, arrangement style, or natural characteristics of flowers, which are normal due to the nature of fresh products.

Where a Guaranteed Time Delivery service has been purchased and the delivery commitment is not met due solely to our fault, delivery charges may be refunded. Courier delays outside our control (including weather, traffic, or operational disruptions) are excluded.
