How our bouquets are made

All of our bouquets are made to order using fresh cut flowers sourced through established professional supply routes. We work with selected commercial farms and growers and import the majority of our flowers via temperature-controlled air cargo to preserve quality, structure, and vase life.

Once received, flowers are professionally conditioned in-house using horticultural processes designed to maximise hydration and longevity. We do not use retail-grade supply chains.

Specific farms, routes, and conditioning methods are not disclosed.

Minimum stem counts – important information

Each bouquet is available in multiple sizes (Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL, XXXL / Huge depending on the collection).

The stem counts listed below are minimum stem counts.

• Stem counts may vary due to natural variation, seasonality, and availability

• If a bouquet appears visually light, we may add additional stems at our discretion

• If surplus fresh stock is available (for example prior to short closures), we may increase stem counts rather than discard flowers

• Any additional stems added are always fresh and of the same quality standard

• No bouquet will ever be supplied with fewer stems than the stated minimum

The overall look, balance, and quality of the bouquet always takes priority over an exact numerical count.

Different collections use different stem structures and therefore have different minimum stem counts. Please refer to the relevant section below.
